PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Gmuer Engineering LLC has petitioned the City Commission of the City of Macclenny, Florida for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan known as Peachtree Car Wash. The Applicant is proposing to construct a car wash upon approximately 1.8 acres located on the north side of State Road 228, east of Barber Brothers Circle.
A public hearing to approve the Preliminary Development Plan will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Gerald Dopson City Council Chambers at City Hall, 118 East Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, Florida.
The Preliminary Development Plan may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk at City Hall Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Should any person decide to appeal any decision made as a result of this hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of these proceedings is made. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation or an interpreter to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Manager at (904) 259-0972 at least 48 hours prior to the time of the hearing.
