BLM supporter thankful for vandalism

David “Dakota” Carpenter, who was arrested in July for battery during a Black Lives Matter rally before the charge was dropped last month, reported to police a painted BLM sign in his front yard was repeatedly vandalized Saturday. It’s now back up and he was very pleased with the sheriff’s office’s response.

Arrest for stalking, violating order

The sheriff’s department took a Macclenny man into custody the early evening of September 3 for felony aggravated stalking and contempt of court following an incident in the parking lot of Baker Beverage downtown.
