NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 02-2010-CA-0117 of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in and for Baker County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 13th day of May, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the east door of the Baker County Courthouse, 339 East Macclenny Avenue, MacClenny Florida 32063, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, BAKER COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN S 0°20`26” E, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE SW 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 141.27 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ARNOLD RHODEN ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S 0°20`26” E, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE SW 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 240 FEET; THENCE N 75°57`20” W, 174 FEET; THENCE N 0°20`26” W, 240 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ARNOLD RHODEN ROAD, THENCE S 75°57`30” E, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ARNOLD RHODEN ROAD 174 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

ALONG WITH A 1997 MERI DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE ID #FLHMLCP15015368A, TITLE #70724240 AND ID #FLHMLCP15015368B, TITLE #70724239.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
