$1.3M at least from surplus to balance county budget

County officials have failed once again to balance a budget without having to use precious reserve funds to offset a shortage of revenue. This time, it appears as though it could be at least $1.3 million.

Attorney Brown: allegations that of his ‘scorned’ ex-wife

So responded former county attorney Terry Brown recently to a published report in The Press earlier this month that he believes made him look like the depraved antagonist in the recent divorce from fellow attorney Carolyn Kowalski of St. Augustine, his fourth wife.
