The board’s unanimous vote to approve the new rules on July 15 came about five months after Ryan Sulkowski, the Wildcat’s head football coach, used a district credit card to pay for dinner and alcohol at Whitey’s Fish Camp following a weight lifting meet in Fleming Island.
A Macclenny man stopped by a county deputy the morning of July 17 because he was a known traffic offender ended up in jail charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug sale paraphernalia.
Deputy Koty Crews said he stopped an eastbound vehicle on Woodlawn Rd. about 10:30 and was aware that Thomas Akridge Jr., 24, had a revoked license as an habitual offender.
