NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baker County, Florida, will on the 14th day of October 2013, at 11am at the East door of the Baker County Courthouse, in Macclenny, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Baker County, Florida:
Lot 21, LANCASTER GLEN, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 86 and 87 of the Public Records of Baker County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
