Police attempted to stop the vehicle driven by Joseph J. MacQuarrie on U.S. 90 downtown this morning but he fled, leading authorities from the Baker County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Highway Patrol and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office on a chase east down the interstate and into Duval County.
