Samantha Ortiz, an 11-year-old fifth grader from Macclenny, won the Baker County spelling bee held at the Family Service Center the morning of January 11.

Baker County Friends of the Instrumental\\\'s annual Breakfast with Santa fundraiser on Saturday, December 8, 2012, including photos with Santa and performances from the high school and middle school bands. The event raised about $800 for the band programs.
