Share Phyllis G. Russell, 68, of Middleburg died on April 27, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Boyd County, Kentucky on January 26, 1945 to the late Durward B. Gambill and Corrine Littleton Gambill. Phyllis was a resident of Jacksonville for the past 28 years. She retired from State Farm as an insurance agent after 40 years of service.
Ms. Russell was committed to working and volunteered much of her time to helping cancer patients. She enjoyed watching television, especially the cooking shows, collecting Elvis Presley items, listening to country and Elvis music and attending family reunions. She was preceded in death by brother James Lee Gambill.
Phyllis is survived by her loving daughter Lynn P. Gibson of Middleburg; brothers Larry Ray Gambill of Ashland, KY and Randy Allen (Veronica) Gambill of Lake Worth, FL; sisters Betty Poulain of Macclenny, Jeannie (Jerry) Sheets of Huntington, WV, Carol Pennington of Macclenny and Arletta Fay Huddleston of Buckhannon, WV; granddaughter Angyl Porter (Joshua) Kille of Jacksonville, sister-in-law Carolyn Sue Gambill of Florence, SC; many nieces and nephews.

Share Raymond Clyde Price, 86, of Sanderson died on April 23, 2013 at Acosta-Rua Care Center in Jacksonville. He was born in Abbeville, South Carolina on July 3, 1926 to the late Robert Ross Price Sr. and Susie Benson Price and was a resident of Baker County since 1986 after moving from Jacksonville. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II and the Korean War. He retired from the CIA after 27 years of dedicated service. Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting model trains, gardening and watching television.
Mr. Price is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Bernadine Ward Price of Sanderson; children Dianna (Malcom) Stewart and Michael Ray Price, both of Taylor; grandson Christopher Price Stewart of Taylor.

Share Kelly Wayne Shepard, 52, of Glen St. Mary died in a vehicle accident on April 20, 2013. He was born at Eglin Air Force Base on January 15, 1961 to Jimmie Beavers and the late Frank Shepard. Kelly was a resident of Baker County for over 20 years after moving from Texas. He served in the United States Navy for eight years and was employed by Cedar Bay Generating in Jacksonville as a control room operator for 15 years.
Mr. Shepard was an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Macclenny and the president of the First United Methodist Church Men’s Club. He loved attending church and volunteering for church activities. He enjoyed working, being outdoors, reading and helping others. He was preceded in death by his father and his son Timothy Chasse.

Share Infant Hadley Rose Hatcher died April 19, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville. Hadley was loved by many and will be missed. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather Samuel Fowler; maternal great-grandparents Rose and Lynn Strait and cousin Theron Branch.
Hadley is survived by loving parents Kellen Thomas and Tiffany Bryn Strait Hatcher of Macclenny; maternal grandparents Ann and Mark Riceman of Macclenny; maternal grandfather John Strait of Michigan; paternal grandparents Kimberly and Randy Rafuse of Macclenny and maternal great-grandparent Jackie Fowler, all of Macclenny; paternal great-grandparents Peggy and Gene Baker of Middleburg, Gail and Kenneth Kirkland of Macclenny, George and Carolyn Hatcher of Jacksonville, Stan and Delaine Koscinski of AL, Linda and Randy Rafuse and Kincaid Hiers of Macclenny; numerous aunts and uncles.
