Share Ella Cinda Mosley, 92, of Baldwin died Wednesday, February 20 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville following a long illness. She was a native of Hoboken, GA and resided in Lake Butler before moving to Baldwin 70 years ago. She retired as a claims specialist at Blue Cross-Blue Shield after 25 years of service. Mrs. Mosley attended the Northside Baptist Church of Jacksonville and was an avid reader in her spare time. She was preceded in death by parents Lonnie and Odessa Courson Crews, her late husband Wesley James Mosley Sr. and granddaughter Robin Amanda Mosley Jeffers. She is survived by daughter Margaret Mosley (Charles) Moore of Lafayette, LA; sons Harold Robert (Nancy) Mosley of Sunset, LA and Wesley James (Lora) Mosley Jr. of Baldwin; sisters Vivian (John) Whitehead and Margaret (Marvin) Pritchett, both of Lake Butler; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. The funeral service was conducted at 11 am on Saturday, February 23 in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home in Macclenny with Rev. Chris Drum, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Baldwin officiating. Interment was in Long Branch Cemetery in Maxville. |
