Extension centennial

Dear Editor:

This year, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Smith-Lever Act that established the Cooperative Extension Service. In Florida, extension allows us all to benefit from the research and education of our land-grant universities, the University of Florida and Florida A&M University.
