Margie Westberry, 80, of Glen St. Mary

Margie Louise Westberry, 80, of Glen St. Mary died on February 7. She was a native of Live Oak and resided in Jacksonville before moving to Glen St. Mary 38 years ago. She was the daughter of the late Sam Buster and Catherine Cribbs Griffis and the widow of Clinton Westberry. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Sanderson. She enjoyed fishing at her lake place.

Mrs. Westberry is survived by  daughters Patsy (Wendell) Vinzant of Glen St. Mary, Freda (Lee) Harris of Keystone Heights and Margie Elaine (Tommy) Britt of Cave Creek, AZ; sisters Myrtle Johnson of Valdosta and Betty J. Howard of Glen St. Mary; brother Willie Griffis of Sanderson; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Marian Parker, 83, of Bryceville

Marian Shirley Bivins Parker, 83, of Bryceville died on February 9, 2013. She was born on January 24, 1930 in Jacksonville to the late Cecil and Ruth Brown Bivins. She lived most of her life in Bryceville and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bryceville, where she played the piano for many years. She had previously been the pianist at the Beaver Street Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Royce Chandler “Sonny” Parker Sr. in 2002.

‘Petey’ Haygood funeral Saturday

Kyler Jamil Haygood, lovingly known as “Petey,” died peacefully on February 5, 2013. He was born on July 8, 2009 to Kelly Marie Haygood and James Thompson Jr.

His brief life was a gift that will live on in our hearts and memories forever. Petey always brought joy and smiles to all who knew him, and touched many lives with his laughter and dazzling smile.

He is survived by a host of siblings; grandparents Gail Haygood, Melinda Thomas, Anne Thompson, Ethel Thomas, George Roberts and James Thompson Sr.; aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends.

Infant Bramuchi dies February 3rd

Infant Brianna Hope Bramuchi died on February 3, 2013 at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville. She was born on February 2, 2013 in Orange Park, and will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Linda McCrary and cousin Annistyn Weber. 

Brianna is survived by her loving parents Linda Blackshear of Macclenny and Anthony Bramuchi of Jacksonville; sisters Keirstan Blackshear and Braylen Bramuchi; maternal grandmother Pam McCoy; and paternal grandparents Delina (Robert) Bramuchi.

V. Todd Ferreria Funeral Services of Macclenny was in charge of arrangements.
