Auzzie Crawford, 79, of Glen St. Mary

Auzzie Crawford, 79, of Glen St. Mary died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the V.A. Medical Center in Lake City following a long illness. He was born in Macclenny and had lived in Glen the past 45 years. He was a self-employed truck driver all of his life, attended the Pine Level Church, was an Army veteran of the Korean War and enjoyed fishing and farming. He was preceded in death by parents Ardell and Nancy Bennett Crawford.

He is survived by his wife Bertha Crawford of Glen;  sons Alvin (Diane) Crawford of Sanderson,  Eugene (Kim) Crawford and John (D.D.) Crawford, both of Glen; brothers Bobby (Bernice) Crawford of Sanderson and Amos Ardell Crawford of Lake Butler; sisters Betty (Millage) Burnsed of Jacksonville, Bonnie Jean (Mac) McDowell of Houston, Texas and Janice Lynn Crawford of Macclenny; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren also survive.

Sally Fisher, 73, ex-social worker

Sally Friel Fisher, 73, of Macclenny died on May 30, 2012. Sally was born in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Clarence Fleming and Wilma Redwine Fleming on September 20, 1938. She was a resident of Baker County for the last 36 years after moving from Jacksonville. Sally retired from Northeast Florida State Hospital after 18 years of service as a social worker. She enjoyed watching Western movies, cooking shows and cooking.

Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years John W. Fisher Jr. of Macclenny and her son John W. (Tracey) Fisher III of Glen St. Mary.

Barry Fouraker, 49, accident victim

Barry Woodrow Fouraker, 49, died July 11, 2012, the result of an auto accident. He was a resident of Bryceville and Tallahassee for many years, and was a wonderful father and loving husband, as well as an avid lover of all things outdoors. Barry was preceded in death by his father Lester Fouraker.

Survivors include wife Kelly; daughters Stephanie, Madison and Catie; mother Judy; brothers Arthur (Mary) and Rhett (Machelle); sisters Mia Abernathy (Paul) and Amanda Baines; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mary Lee Hagen, 80, of Olustee dies

Mary Lee Hagen, 80, of Olustee died on Thursday, July 12 at the Health Center, Lake City, following a long illness. She was born in Sanderson and resided in Lake City before moving to Olustee 25 years ago. She was a homemaker and member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Lake City.

Mrs. Hagen enjoyed sewing, especially making dresses for grandchildren, and also made pillow blankets and stuffed animals. She enjoyed life and everything about her family and friends.
