Robert Colbert of Glen St. Mary

Robert Lee Colbert Sr., 75, of Glen St. Mary, died on August 20, 2012 at Macclenny Nursing and Rehab. He was born April 3, 1937 in Staunton, Illinois and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved to play tennis.

Mr. Colbert is survived by wife Carolyn Colbert; children Debbie Day (Jeff), Robert Colbert Jr. (Dawn), Tammy Colbert, Penny Colbert and Robert DeRosier;  nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Arrangements by ICS Cremation and Funeral Home in Lake City.

Deborah Estrada memorial later

Deborah Cornelia Estrada,  52, of Pembroke Pines, Fl. died on September 2, 2012. She was born on June 8, 1960 to Marius and Patricia Ann Baker VanHeeswijk. She was an accountant and proudly served in the United State Air Force.

Mrs. Estrada lived in Macclenny for 12 years before moving to South Florida. She was predeceased by her mother Patricia Ann Baker VanHeeswijk, and survived by her father Marius VanHeeswijk.

A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date. V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services of Macclenny was in charge of arrangements.

Elise Everett, 75, dies September 3

Elise Andrea Everett, 75, of Macclenny died on September 3, 2012 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring. She was born on July 24, 1937 to the late Edward Ash Jr. and Madeline Elise Dukes Everett. Mrs. Everett lived in Macclenny most of her life. She loved to sing all types of music and eating good food.

Mrs. Everett is survived by her brother Edward A. Everett III; nephew Eddie Everett; nieces Amy Owens and Angela Ritchie.

Billy Folsom Sr., professional Santa

Billy Charles Folsom Sr. of Sanderson died Sunday, Sept. 2 at his residence following a long illness. He was a native of Austell, Georgia and lived in Heflin, Alabama before moving to Sanderson six years age. He was employed as a truck driver for many years. He was a Baptist and a professional Santa Claus who loved remote control airplanes, hunting and fishing.

Mr. Folsom was preceded in death by parents Lawrence Marion Folsom and Bertha Beatrice Paine Folsom. He is survived by his wife Dawn “Mary” Folsom of Sanderson; daughters Tammy E. Folsom of Macclenny and Dawn C. Lockhart of Bowden, Ga.; sons Billy C. Folsom Jr., Brian L. Folsom and Timothy L. Folsom, all of Sanderson; brother Warner L. Folsom of Spring, Texas; sisters Joyce E. Spoonemore of Mableton, Ga., Mary Jane Dixon of Warrenville, S.C. and Judy Folsom Sauls of Beech Island, S.C.; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
