15 years for beating elderly man

One of three defendants in a violent home invasion robbery last year is set to receive 15 years in prison, less time served, for his participation in the crime, which put a 72-year-old man in the hospital with serious injuries. The victim has since died, though it is unclear whether his injuries contributed to his death.
