Keller slips to ‘D’; BCMS to a ‘B’

DSC_0134The transition to more rigorous testing standards this year has hit schools across the state pretty hard.

The number of F-rated schools in Florida more than doubled this year while the number of A-rated schools fell by 39 percent, according to preliminary school grades released last week by the state.

Baker County schools didn’t fare any better with the tougher standards, which were rolled out to better prepare students for the move to national ”Common Core” standards in 2014-15.
