NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 14000184CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, in and for Baker County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael Eugene Dehart; Barbara Lorraine Dehart; CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC successor by merger to CitiFinancial Services, Inc. d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the east door of the courthouse at 339 E. Macclenny Ave, Macclenny, FL 32063, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LESS AND EXCEPT LANDS DESCRIBED IN O/R BOOK 156, PAGE 34 PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAKER COUNTY, FLORIDA. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
