AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO PUBLIC NUISANCE, NUISANCES INJURIOUS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SANITARY NUISANCES, BIOLOGICAL WASTE AND NOXIOUS ODORS; PROHIBITING LOT OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS IN THE TOWN OF GLEN ST. MARY, FLORIDA FROM PERMITTING ANY PUBLIC NUISANCE, SANITARY NUISANCE OR NUISANCE INJURIOUS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF ITS TERMS; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS TERMS; PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF LIENS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

Any support or objections may be heard at a public hearing to be held at the Glen St. Mary Town Hall on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
