Headed toward ‘Land of Free, Home of the Stoned’?

I think I see where this is headed.

This week we learn the U.S. Department of Justice — that bastion of selective enforcement under Eric Holder — is signaling it wants to clear the federal prison system of “non-violent” drug offenders (never mind that most have pleaded down from serious crimes).
