NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2014, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Baker, Florida, on November 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM, at 339 E. Commence at the Northeast Corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence S 0°02`30” E, 210.00 feet; thence S 89°28`30” W, 210.00 feet; thence S 0°02`30” E,162.21 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 0°02`30” E, 150.00 feet; thence S 89°57`30” W, 145.20 feet; thence N 0°02`30” W, 150.00 feet, thence N 89°57`30” E, 147.20 feet to the Point of Beginning. AND ALSO: An easement for Ingress and Egress lying 10 feet left and 10 feet right of a line described as follow: Commence at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, thence S 0°02`30” E, 210.00 feet; thence S 89°28`30” W, 210.00 feet; thence S 0°02`30” E, 147.21 feet; thence S 89°57`30” W, 145.20 feet; thence S 0°02`30” E, 12.93 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 51°37`34” W, 357.16 feet to the East Right of Way of State Road 121 and the termination of said easement, all being in Section 5, Township 2 South, Range 22 East.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.  The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.  Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
