Individuals and firms shall be experienced in the funding, design, permitting and construction administration of wastewater collection and treatment, water supply systems, effluent disposal
facilities, road paving projects, drainage systems, recreational projects and other municipal engineering services.  Applicants shall also be experienced with funding agencies including USDA Rural Development, FDEP SRF, and the CDBG programs.

Proposals for services will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes 287.055, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act, using the following criteria:

Past experience providing continuing engineering services to municipalities (25 points)
Experience providing engineering design, permitting and construction administration services on water, wastewater, and other utility projects (25 points)
Experience in handling grant-funded projects (30 points) such as:
USDA Rural Development (RD)
DEP State Revolving Fund (SRF)
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
