Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Baker County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Baker County, Florida, described as:

LOT 38 OF HERITAGE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAKER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 27, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.

The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) gives notice of receipt
of the following permit application(s):

Glen Property LLC, 515 S 6th St, Macclenny, FL 32063-2605 application #143129-1. The project is located in Baker County, Section: 2, Township: 3 South, Range: 21 East, and includes 13.0 acres. The Environmental Resource Permit application is for construction of a stormwater management system to serve a project known as Nurseries Blvd Single Family.

The file(s) containing the permit application(s) are available for inspection Monday through Friday, except for District holidays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the District’s Headquarters, 4049 Reid St., Palatka, FL 32177-2529. You may also view files at one of the District’s Service Centers, but you should call Service Center staff in advance to make sure that the files are at a specific Service Center. Additionally, most permit application file documents can be viewed online at floridaswater.com/permitting/index.html.

The decision on permit applications will be made at the District’s Service Center where the application is processed (if the application is approved) or by the Governing Board (if the application is recommended for denial).

You are advised to notify the District within 14 days of this notice if you have questions, objections, comments, or information regarding the activity proposed in the permit application. Please direct your correspondence to Bureau Chief, Bureau of Regulatory Support, P.O.
