Fair competition entries sought starting Sept. 29

The Baker County Fair is quickly approaching and that means it is now time to gather your entries to display. Whether new to showing at the fair or experienced, there are plenty of opportunities to show your talents in the horticulture showcase, home arts exhibit, and even the table setting competition. Plus, all exhibitors will receive a free entry pass into the fair. The Baker County Fair will begin on Friday, October 2 and runs through Saturday, October 10. Read More »

Macclenny man arrested for capital sexual assault on young girl



Timothy Jeff Sizemore, 31, of Macclenny was arrested yesterday, July 15 after the sheriff's office received a report on July 9 that he may have been molesting a girl younger than 12 years old, during a period that may have lasted for more than a year. Read More »
