NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015 entered in Case No. 02-2014-CA-000121 of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, in and for Baker County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Douglas A. Kirkendall a/k/a Douglas Kirkendall a/k/a Doug Kirkendall a/k/a Douglass A. Kirkendall; Laura L. Kirkendall a/k/a Laura Kirkendall; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the east door of the courthouse at 339 E. Macclenny Ave, Macclenny, FL 32063, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
