NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 02-2012-CA-000001 of the Circuit Court of the 8TH Judicial Circuit in and for BAKER County, Florida, wherein, , Plaintiff, and, BELINDA SUE TROUT A/K/A BELINDA SUE TROUT KIRK, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, Main entrance, 339 E. Macclenny Ave., Macclenny, FL 32063, FL, at the hour of 11:00 AM , on the 14th  day of July, 2014, the following described property:

LOT 41, CYPRESS POINTE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 90 THROUGH 92 INCLUSIVE,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAKER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
