NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Baker County, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing and adoption of the proposed Ordinance whose title herein after appears, to be heard Tuesday, July 1, 2014 commencing at 6:00pm, at 55 North Third Street, Macclenny, FL. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 02-2012-CA-000188-axxx-xx, of the Circuit Court of the 8TH Judicial Circuit in and for Baker County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARGUERITE L. MCDOWELL; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.  The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, front door of the Baker County Courthouse, 399 E. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
