Florida Department of Transportation Secretary Anath Prasad, now in his third year heading the agency, spoke at the weekly Rotary Club of Baker County’s weekly meeting January 22, touting Governor Rick Scott’s record on jobs and his commitment to fostering economic growth.

It was his first trip to Macclenny as secretary.
