The Clerk of Court will sell the Property as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below at a public sale on August 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to the “highest bidder,” for cash in the front lobby, Baker County Courthouse, 339 East Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
