BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF BAKER COUNT, FLORIDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Board of County Commissioners of Baker County, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing and adoption of the proposed Ordinance whose title herein after appears, to be heard Tuesday, June 18, 2013 commencing at 6:00pm, at 55 North Third Street, Macclenny, FL. A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be inspected by any member of the public at the County Administration Office, Macclenny, Florida. On the date mentioned all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to this proposed Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAKER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE VII OF THE BAKER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRs); AMENDING ORD. 2005-45 AS AMENDED BY ORD. 2006-06, AND AMENDING 2010-10 TO EXTEND THE IMPOSITION OF A TEMPORARY, 365-DAY MORATORIUM ON THE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES; PROVIDING A REPEALER; SEVERABILITY; DIRECTIONS TO THE CODIFIER; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
