4.  The procedure for setting, modifying and enforcing child support awards or modifying and enforcing legal custody or physical placement judgments or orders.

Notice is given that the following permit was issued on May 15, 2013: Baker County; 55 North Third Street, Macclenny FL 32063; permit #400-003-1342991. The project is located in Baker County, Section 18, 19, 24, Township 25 South, Range 21&22 East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 11.97 acres for dirt road paving known as 2013 Dirt Road Paving Projects. The receiving water body is South Prong St. Mary’s River.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O.
