Bulah Bunham, 72, of Glen dies

Bulah Mae Burnham, 72, of Glen St. Mary died on Saturday, February 23, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. A lifelong resident of Baker County, Mrs. Burnham was an avid Florida Gator fan who loved to read, do puzzles, crochet and garden. She was a member of the Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church and loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Horace Burnham Sr.; sons Horace (Lorie) Burnham Jr. and Timmie (Cheryl) Burnham, both of Glen St. Mary; daughters Elouise (Robert) Moore of Glen St. Mary, Marline (Jimmy) Walker of Macclenny, Myrtle (Erwin) Taylor and Melissa (Tommy) Richardson, both of Glen St. Mary; sisters Vallie Harris and Rose (Arthur) Belleville, both of Macclenny, Erma (Mitchell) Carter of Jacksonville, Patty (Mike) Combs of Sanderson and Debbie (Paul) McAllister of Raiford; seventeen grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son: Billy Joe Burnham.

The funeral service was held 11 am on Tuesday, February 26,  at the Christian Fellowship Temple in Macclenny, FL with Pastor David Thomas and Rev. Oral Lyons officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Cemetery in Macclenny. Forbes Funeral Home of Macclenny was in charge of arrangements.
