Cleveland Miller of Glen St. Mary

Cleveland Miller, 74, of Glen St. Mary died March 27, 2012. He was born to the late Kenneth Miller and Zella Mae Spivey Miller on June 23, 1937 and was a resident of Baker County since 1991 after moving from Jacksonville. Cleveland served honorably in the US Army. He retired in 1991 from Florida Rock where he was a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, farming, standing around a burn barrel with friends and family, tending to his cows, He was an avid Gator fan and outdoorsman. He was predeceased by his wife of 39 years: Rosa Miller and his grandson: Garrett Harris. 

Survivors include his children Richard Gowdy of Baker County, Curtis (Windy) Miller of Glen St. Mary, Sherrie Cribb of Kentucky, Cleveland M. (Shannon) Miller of Glen St. Mary, April Conner of Maxville, Eric (Tina) Miller of Macclenny and Candi (Riley) Force of Glen St. Mary; brothers and sisters; grandchildren Kenneth (Wendi), Samantha, Justin Miller, Kayla Bell, Britney Motes, Thomas Geddings, Carrissa and Chelsea Miller, Richard and Rebecca Conner, Katina Todd, Taylor, Adam and Amber Miller, Melissa, Robert and Alyssa Baker and Brendon Force; great- grandchildren: Gabriella Harris, Kylee Miller, KatieAne Nipper, Cole and Alexis Thirston and Rainey Mote and his beloved dog Gracie.

A service will be held at the Ferreira Funeral Services Chapel on Friday at noon with pastors Greg Combs and Billy Worthington officiating. The family will receive friends and family on Friday at 10:30 am at the funeral home.
